If we enter Russia by train (going from Kiev entering Russia via Rostov and on to Krasnodar), will we definitely get a migration card at the Russia-Ukraine border? I ask because apparently you have to have the migration card to register a tourist visa and one has to register a tourist visa within 72 hours upon arrival in Russia. (I checked the visa resitration info on this site)What happens if you don't get a migration card at the border?
