Еще один вопрос от иностранца:We're going to be visiting Moscow for a couple of weeks, and we'd like to have a cell phone with us. I know about taking a GSM phone and buying a SIM card there. I know about renting a phone from some one on the internet. But here in California you can walk into any convenience store and buy a cell phone with pre-paid minutes for $50. Then you can add minutes as you like. Is this same sort of thing common in Moscow, or do I need to arrange for a cell phone before we leave?Thanks.
